Don’s expertise is in transactional work, strategic planning, and start-up advisory. He has acquired, started up and operated business in the automotive, consumer product, technology, construction, and property sectors.
Don is Chairman and owner of New Venture Holdings (NVH), a well-established, privately owned holding company with operating company and real estate investments in Bermuda, Canada and the UK.
The existing portfolio of NVH companies include technology (Canada and serviced office and self-storage facilities (Bermuda). Management Solutions is also a subsidiary of New Venture Holdings.
Don is an advocate of community service and 2013 was appointed by the Minister of Finance to the SAGE Commission, which undertook an extensive review of the operational and fiscal performance of the Government of Bermuda. He is the Chairman of Ignite, a not-for-profit start-up Accelerator to promote economic participation in Bermuda.
