“The Management Solutions team worked with us to deliver a bespoke Leadership Development Program for our Front Line Leaders. Due to the success of this, we ran the module again with another group, as well as a team development program with the Senior Team. The practical experience coupled with theoretical knowledge enabled the team to engage with our experienced Managers, and help them to start to understand themselves their impact on the organization – this realization and facing the ‘truth’ has enabled our team to start to become true leaders. I can see a direct link between the training intervention provided and the performance of our business.”
