Our role

We supported Fortis TCI Ltd on their journey towards Investors in People Accreditation including completing a diagnostic and working with their internal IIP Advocate team to implement a continuous improvement programme. Forts TCI received their IiP Accreditation in February 2016. We also supported them in delivering an ILM Leadership Development Programme.
