Our role
As part of continuously developing their staff to ensure these principles are delivered, Management Solutions was asked to provide a leadership development Programme to a group of Middle Managers within the organization. During March 2019, Management Solutions facilitated a 3 day Developing Effective Leadership Programme to a group of 25 Managers.
