Declan has joined Management Solutions as an Associate Mentor to support our growing number of international Learners who participate in our Leadership Development Programs.  As an Educator and Sports Coach for 30 years, Declan provides support to our Spanish Learners utilising his wealth of experience teaching English and Spanish to people of various ages in countries all over the world including Spain, Australia, Indonesia and Vietnam.  Declan has been involved in innovative and inclusive education programs which include the delivery of a language program which he designed and has been delivering for more than 10 years.
