Robin has over 10 years management experience in the public, private and voluntary sector organisations. His Senior Management roles combined with his careers, community and staff development experience offers a unique blend of skills and expertise. As a British Psychological Society Registered Personality and Ability Assessor, he offers a range psychometric assessments to support coaching, selection, leadership and team development. Robin has used a range of psychometric tools from leading providers with a range of clients on a one to one basis and using them to support their coaching.
Robin has worked with a wide range of SME’s and multinationals in delivering ILM Accredited Leadership and Management Development Programmes and to support and maximise the impact of learning he has delivered countless hours of mentoring and coaching to a range of Middle and Senior Managers. He is passionate about people, helping them understand themselves, each other and their context to enable them and their teams maximise performance.
