Pamela Barit Nolan
Associate | Organizational & Leadership Development
Pamela brings a unique combination of educational, work and life experiences and 20 years in the financial services sector combined with 10 years in the nonprofit sector provides a rich tool kit for her coaching and consulting offerings. Having worked and travelled globally, cultural sensitivity factors into every assignment.
Pamela uses an ontological model of coaching and adheres to the International Coach Federation core competencies and ethics. She follows the principle that conscious and compassionate leadership requires a meaningful understanding of our individual bodies, emotions and our use of language. By providing powerful insights coupled with simple practices geared toward leveraging a client’s natural strengths as a leader, she supports a client-driven agenda for her coaching work. By applying principles of deep and strategic listening to the client’s verbal and non-verbal messages, and asking powerful and challenging questions to stimulate new perspectives, the process opens the door to transforming the actions and practices of the client.
