Kate Thompson is an independent Coach and Mentor who specializes in the development of leaders, and in enhancing their performance. Kate uses extensive managerial experience in her role as coach and mentor to support and challenge her clients. Kate worked at Executive Director Level in the Health and Social Care service. In addition she has provided Consultancy in Service Improvement in Poland, Ukraine, Scotland, and Republic of Ireland.
Kate provides coaching to clients in the private, voluntary, and community sector, as well as public service organizations across Ireland. She has experience of leading and managing a large workforce, and uses this knowledge to develop individuals and teams to achieve excellence. She has been involved in career planning, interview preparation, service improvement, and performance management for over two decades. Kate specialises in the development of leaders and the skills involved to improve performance. This includes an emphasis on the client’s own values, and their contribution to the culture of the organization.
