Lorraine has over 18 years experience as a Leadership and Organisational development Consultant, Facilitator and Coach. She has strong personal values around Trust, Honesty, Integrity and the Development of Others and Relationships. She passionately believes in setting people up for success and developing a business legacy of learning and development. Her excellent style, delivery technique and coaching skills combined with a positive, enthusiastic and motivational approach guarantees that she delivers memorable and sustainable learning. Her approach is action orientated and a desire to drive great performance. She creates a relaxed learning environment in which delegates feel comfortable to stretch themselves and make a real step change in their leadership, performance or development. Lorraine’s retail background has shaped her belief that focusing on peoples’ strengths and values will build confidence and consequently deliver all round personal development.
Lorraine is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and also holds Diplomas in both Life and Corporate Coaching and CEPEC Counselling. She is qualified to level A in the use of Psychometric tools, and is a NLP Master practitioner and is trained to deliver Strength Deployment Inventories (SDI). She is also a Thinking Partnership Strengths based Coach.
In addition to experience in the hotel, leisure and construction industries Lorraine is highly experienced in leadership & management development in the Banking and Financial services markets. Lorraine has delivered programmes to many companies including across the global market including China, USA, Africa, Europe and Asia.
