Adina is currently an Associate Trainer at her own corporate training organisation. Adina’s facilitation and assessment career has been focused on the future development of others. She endeavours to highlight the importance of long term development of key personnel for the future success of an organisation. This involves assisting organisations with training advice and direction as well as designing and delivering training to suit their business needs.

Adina has successfully coached and trained many candidates to achieve NVQ Awards in various career sectors and has assisted companies in setting up and developing internal coaching strategies to ensure effective performance management. As a self-employed Training Consultant since 2008, she has experience in key areas including leadership, change management and communication. Adina has extensive certified and non-certified professional qualifications in various areas of staff development, training and assessing.
